Who we are

Situated in Garforth, Leeds, REBA Fitness is a Pilates focussed and fitness destination offering unique and effective training, complimentary holistic therapies and massage treatments. 

Our bespoke studio spaces, combined with a wide range of unique equipment and professional experts, create diverse training opportunities exclusive to REBA studio members. 

We pride ourselves in over 50 years combined experience in wellness, pledging our knowledge, supporting our clients journey to rebalance and improve health. 

One of our specialist training opportunities is Pilates. Our members come to us with a diverse range of needs. Many referred or advised to start Pilates to manage pain or recover post injury. Some to strengthen pre-pregnancy, others for rehabilitation post-natal. 

Pilates provides one of the most effective low impact training opportunities focussing on improving strength, flexibility, balance, posture and pelvic health. We offer personalised one on one, duet and small group private sessions for mat, small equipment and studio equipment, including reformer. As well as private sessions, check our class information & timetable for weekly group Pilates classes.

Pilates provides one of the most effective low impact training opportunities. Our specialist training regime 

focusses on improving strength, flexibility, balance, posture and pelvic health. Some of the benefits are listed below.

Mind & Body

We run mind & body sessions, such as Chi Balance, as well as Pilates and fitness. These sessions give a sense of wellness and promote a deeper connection between mind and body. Great for anyone who is suffering from stress, anxiety or looking for a different type of approach to better health.

Cardio or Strength Training

Both cardio and strength training are important for heart health, weight management, and overall fitness. The best results come from combining the two. Tailored programs and our diverse range of classes enables clients to discover their best path.

Nutrition

Balanced nutrition is key to promoting health. We offer nutritional advice alongside our personalised programs to help optimise performance when setting clients life fitness goals.

Sleep Routine

Lack of sleep often has a detrimental effect on our minds and bodies. Research proves that rest and optimised sleep patterns have a positive effect on our general wellbeing. Staying active, managing nutrition, and participating in one to one or group classes, enables better sleep.
