Taking part in group fitness classes is a positive experience, helps with motivation and feeling part of a community.
We understand it can sometimes feel daunting to take part in exercise classes. REBA studio is exclusive and private. The classes are small, group focussed, optimising our experts ability to teach and monitor. The environment is friendly and professional with members arriving shortly before each class. Each member is safe and looked after by our highly trained team.

MIND-BODY
TAI CHI
Decompress, deep mind-body focus.
45 mins of rhythmic movement and breathing based on Tai Chi and eastern wellness practises, conditioning internally and externally, creating positivity and a sense of calm. Suitable for all levels and ages.
CHI BALANCE
Controlled conditioning through regenerate movement.
45 mins. Fusing dance and eastern influences, Chi Balance takes us on a journey of self-empowerment. Conditioning mind and body in a low-impact workout. All levels.
STRETCHOLOGY
45 mins. Take your mind to new places with this unique class. Self-connection is at the heart of this session. Learn ways to rebalance and switch off from life stresses, build confidence and internal strength. All levels.
PILATES
PILATES FOR BEGINNERS
60 mins. Our signature class for Pilates mat practise. Low-impact posture improving classes target strength, flexibility and mobility. If you are new to Pilates or starting your route to fitness, Pilates for beginners is suitable for all levels and age groups; your route to improved wellness.
PILATES FOR IMPROVERS
60 mins. Improvers Pilates takes training to the next level. Pilates offers a full-body workout that challenges mind and body to optimise performance. Mat, small equipment and studio equipment make each session unique and exciting.
PIYO
60 mins. Unique to REBA; feel your core strengthen and your flexibility improve. Breath is at the heart of the class sequences, fusing Pilates and Yoga practices. For all levels and age groups.
FLOW-BALANCE
60 mins. Flow-balance merges a powerful fusion of ballet-barre exercises with Pilates repertoire. Sculpt and condition. All levels.
PILATES CORE
30 mins. Taking tried and tested core Pilates exercises to train internal and external key muscle groups. Strength and condition. Add to your weekly timetable to target life muscles or simply improve tone.
FITNESS
FUSION SCULPT
45 mins Power through sessions to a stronger you. Our fusion-sculpt sessions evolve and challenge every session. Equipment based or using your own body weight, take control and reshape how you train. Suitable for all levels. Expert advice for any contraindications.
BOUND
30 mins is all you need. This session is packed with conditioning movements to challenge core strength and stamina, balance and cardio-vascular performance.
